1. As per Township Policy, 12.5% of Plots has been mortaged in favour of Jaipur Development Authority therefore Plot No B-10, B-11, B-12, B-13, B-14, B-15, B-16, B-43, B-44, B-45, B-59, B-97, B-98, B-99, B-100 has been mortgaged with Jaipur Development Authority. 2. As this is a Plotted Development Project therefore there is no other professional appointed and as when such professionals will be appointed then such will be intimated to RERA Authority. We have scanned the Layout plan to the best of our ability. 3. That we have not received any copy of sanctioned Layout approval letter from Jaipur Development Authority and Layout Plan is the only document received from Jaipur Development Authority. Kindly refer the terms and conditions depicted on copy of sanctioned layout plan.
