1. As per Township Policy 2010, we have to mortgage 12.50 % plots with the Local Body, accordingly 06 Plots, Plot No.- 16, 28, 36, 37, 44 and 45 are kept mortgaged. These Plots will be released once development work is completed and development charges are deposited. 2. The Open Area includes Total Road Area 4865.15 sq. mtrs., Mobile Tower Area 32.18 sq. mtrs., Green Buffer Zone 1552.43 sq. mtrs. and Plantation & Corridor 2927.83 sq. mtrs. totalling 9377.59 sq. mtrs.
