1.That Plot no. 7, 18, 19, 20 (Total -4 Plot and area- 793.83 sq. mtrs.) have been mortgage with Jaipur Development Authority for ensuring internal development in the project and shown in approved but not sanctioned on RERA Portal and as and when such patta will be realized it will be intimated to RERA. 2.That Plot No. 1 (Area - 887.31) and 2 (Area - 1261.35) is more than 750 Square Meter, the provisions as per road right of way will be applicable only after obtaining minimum 12 meter road right of way for the road situated in front of the said land
