The project Sharp Edge City is proposed under the Cheif Minister Jan Awas Yojana 2015 in provision 3B. The project contains 29 EWS, 21 LIG and 10 MIG units. We have provided 1 two-wheeler parking in EWS unit (29*1=29) and 2 two-wheeler parking in LIG unit (21*2=42) and 1 car & 1 two-wheeler parking each in MIG unit (10*1=10 + 10*1=10) within unit itself according to rules CM Jan Awas Yojana 2015 accordingly therefore total number of two-wheeler parking provided is 81 and car parking provided is 10 and there is no provision of visitor parking as per provision 3B.The Project is being developed in phases, the first phase is having phase area 9689.86 sqm out of total project area 15310 sqm. All development activities including Parks, Open Area, informal, roads and other amenities/facilities are being covered in this phase of this project under RERA which is identifiable from phasing map. We have proposed 62 unit being A-12,B-12,B-13 & B-14,D-17 to D-20,E-13 & E-14,E-15 & E-16,E-17 & E-18,E-19,F-1 to F-10,F-11 & F-12,F-13 & F-14,F-15 & F-16,F-17,G-1 to G-14 & G-19 to G-28,G-15 & G-18,G-16,G-17 and INFORMALin this phase registration.
