1. The Villa wise details are as follows:- LIG Villa no. 1 to 17, 20, 25 to 34, 41 to 45 (33 plots) and EWS Villa no. 21 to 24, 36 to 40 (9 plots) 2.Project is proposed under CMJAY,2015 under Provision-3B , The Typical floor plan of the project including the section, elevation for all the three categories are sanctioned by the Empanelled Architect Ankit Sharma vide letter no.-F.10(7) UDH/2009 Part-III dated 20.04.2017 having COA Registration No.-CA/07/40652 have been uploaded under Building Tab-Building Sanction Plan. 3.No other professionals are appointed apart from architect and if other professionals will be appointed then such will be intimated to RERA. 4.There are 25% Khatedar Plots having plot no.18, 19, 35, 46 and shall be developed as plots as per sanctioned layout plan. 5.The Finish date committed for the project as per Form"B" is 14/11/2022 which is beyond the validity period of the approved maps.The promoter takes the responsibility to obtain the necessary extension from the competent authority.6.The Total Parking available in the project is 75 Scooter i.e EWS UNITS (9*1)=9 Scooter, LIG UNITS (33*2)=66 Scooter. 7. As per Joint Developer Agreement Ownership of Plot no. 18, 19, shop no. S-1, S-2, S-3, S-4, S-5 (Total area 701.37 sq mtr.) shall be in the name of land owner Karn Singh (Co-promoter).
