12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Bikaner Development Authority against the internal development work of the project those plots are plot no. 8 & 9. The open area of project is 1353.31 sq. mtr. calculated as Facility (119.79 sq. mtrs.) + Park and Path (164.13 sq. mtrs) & Road (1069.39 sq. mtrs.)
