THIS PROJECT IS UNDER township policy 2010 SCHEME IS PLOTTED DEVELOPMENT SCHEME. 12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the UIT, Kota against the internal development work of the project those plots are plot no. 49 To 57 Total 9 plots admeasuring 9261 sq.ft. ( 2.) Promoter Saroj Sharma is absolute khatedar of Khasra No.75 village -Roteda,Kota area 0.9400 as per as khasara no. 73 area 0.1400 is concerned saroj sharma is khatedar of 8/9 area that is aproximately 1245 sq. mtr. area Chintamani and Bharat lal are owner only of 1/9 part of khasara no. 73 and for this area of 155 sq. mtr. for which they have given P.O.A. to Saroj Sharma who is the promoter of the project since it is case of plotted development .
