1. There are 7 stores in the project in the basement 1 of the towers. These stores will be allocated to the allottees of the project depending upon their requirement and accordingly will be mentioned in their agreement for sale. 2. Commercial Space and shops shall not form part of saleable area. These will be used by the promoter for the betterment of project and benefit of allottees 3. Total land area was 20752.86 sq mtr. Out of this 762.30 sq mtr is surrendered land. Therefore, Total project area and phase area has been taken as 19990.56 sq mtrs.
