It has been specially made clear that presently permission for construction has been granted by the JDA for 40 meter (3 Basements + Ground Floor + 13th Floor) . Promotor intend to go for higher height for approx.,60 mt. (3 Basements + Ground Floor + 20 Floors), The height above 40 meter requires approval from Government of Rajasthan ( UDH Department) . Same is in the process. We have applied to JDA for 60 mt height on date 04/09/24 vide application no ACTP(BPC) R-695 (Attached in other approvals). In due course of time and necessary formalities like RERA Fee & details of apartments, GBUA etc has been furnished as per 60 meter height i.e. (3 Basements + Ground Floor + 20 Floors). Affidavit is also enclosed for not selling the units above 13th floor (Attached in other approvals). Upon receipt of permission for more than 40 mt. height it will be updated in RERA record and con . It is also made clear that in the approval of 40 mts height maps we have kept amenities on the 3rd floor. Now for the ease of use of amenities for the residents we have shifted it from the 3rd floor to ground floor with some modifications. It is also clarified that in case of, the promoters didnβt get the approval of additional height from government, the construction will be as per current sanctioned plan i.e. up to 40 meter height.
