1.That Plot no. 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 89, 90, 91, 92 & 93 ( Total -14 plots & Total Area- 1226.25 Sq Mtrs) have been mortgage with Jaipur Development Authority and shown in approved but not sanctioned on RERA Portal and as and when such patta will be realized it will be intimated to RERA. 2. That in case any allottee want to purchase only plot then we will sale only plot and no villa will be constructed on such plot regardless we have uploaded unit design plan of such plot. 3. That we will construct villa on plot no. 15-29, 48-62, 65-79 & 112-115 having total gross built-up area 5819.78 Sq. Mtrs. Further the remaining plot which include shops but exclude the mortgage plot mentioned in point no.1 will be sold as a plot having a saleable area of 5292.82 Sq. Mtrs.. 4. That in the field of TOTAL BUILT-UP AREA / SALEABLE AREA we have mentioned only gross built-up area pertaining to villas . 5. That on plot no. 15-29, 48-62, 65-79 & 112-115 on which villa are proposed if any allottee want to purchase only plot then the promoter can sale only plot without any construction. 6. That UDH Rajasthan has issued the approval on 13/01/2022 for normal patta in place of Residential group housing scheme single patta and same letter has been uploaded as received from UDH under Land Title Document pdf pg.50-50 .
