The plan has been issued by the SDM. Plots are not mortgaged under this scheme. 3. That we have taken booking prior to the RERA Registration of Project and the notice bearing no-F-15(458) RJ /RERA/C/2025 u/s-3/59 of RERA Act, 2016 dated 16.10.2025 has been issued to us and Honorable Chairman has imposed a penalty of Rs 1,00,000/- by passing the order on 16.10.2025 bearing no- F-15(458) RJ/RERA/C/2025. That we have deposited the penalty on 04-11-2025. and we have already deposited the penalty u/s-3/59 of the RERA Act,2016
