That Plot no. 01, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31 & 32 (Total -9 plots and area- 687.82 sq. mtrs.) have been mortgage with Jaipur Development Authority for ensuring internal development in the project and shown in approved but not sanctioned on RERA Portal and as and when such patta will be realized it will be intimated to RERA. 2. That promoter can sale villa or plot as per allottee's desire in Plot No. 23, 24, 33, 34, 35 having the total built-up area 542.8 Sq mtr, for Plot no.-37,49,50,51,58,59,60,61,62 having total built up area-990.9 sq mts ans Plot No. 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48, 52, 53, 54, 55 & 56 having the total built-up area 1656.32 Sq mtr therefore total Gross builtup area is 3190.02 Sq mts. 3. That the remaining unit will be sold as plotted development i.e Plot No. 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 09, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 36, 57,63, S-1 to S-14(total Area-2889.11 Sq Mtr). 4.That the salable area of villa as 3190.02 Sq Mtr and the area of plot and retail shop where no construction will be done is 2889.11 Sq Mtrs therefore total saleable area is 6079.13.Further since it is group housing project therefore we have taken Gross built up area of villa only which is 3190.02 Sq Mtr.
