As on date UIT Udaipur vide letter no.F-7 ()/UIT/B-PLAN/2022/1360-1364 dated 14.10.2022 has given approval as 2 stilt , ground and seven floor ( total 47 units) height upto 30 meter. As on date 8th floor is not approved further proposal will be sent to state government for such apporval of 8 th floor . As when approval received, we shall upload in Rera accordingly. As of now details in application are filled keeing in view upto 8th floor , therefore all the details lile GBUA, Apartment details, No. floor , Building Details, Development Cost, no. of flats Etc has been filled keep in view proposal of 8th floor however as on date the apporval from UIT is of 2 stilt, ground and seven floor only
