In this project, Total No. of Floors are B+2S+10 Floor, out of which B+2S+8 Floors has been approved by the local body. The promoter intends to obtain permission from the competent authority for the remaining floors in the future and shall be intimated as and when the permission is obtained. The details like Open Area, Gross Built up Area, Development cost, No. of floors and Flat details by considering total no. of floors as B+S+8 Floors.
