12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Urban Improvement Trust, Sikar against the internal development work of the project. Those plots are plot no. 01, 21, 26 and 27. Open Area of the project is 3060.13 sq. meters which includes Mobile Tower [20.44 sq. meters] and Road Area [3039.69 sq. meters].
