Note 1) Under Common Details tab, parking is marked as per the approved drawing and calculation table and a stated logic that, all the vehicles that are fully covered (within outer most projection line on both sides) are marked as parked on stilt floor and any uncovered or semi-covered vehicle is marked as parked in open area. The Basement parking is completely covered. The visitors parking is provided over and above the parking provided and hence marked under open area. 2) The open area is mentioned as per the certificate issued by the architect which is attached under Documents Tab.
