1. As per township policy 2010, we have to mortgage 12.5% plots with Local Body, accordingly 4 Plots 10,11,13,26 is kept mortgage with JDA. These Plots will be released once development work is completed and development charges are deposited with JDA. However these plots are released now and the release letter is also attached Sir 2. Open Area Includes Park 539.59 sq mtrs, MT/SWD 31.26 sq mtrs, and road 1605.31 sq mtrs totaling 2176.16 sq mtrs.
