The Promoter has planned to develop Royal Eternia, a group housing project regarding which it is hereby declared that the said Project has been envisaged comprising of 2 Basement + Ground Floor + 14 Floors. However as on date, Approval of maps for 2 Basement + Ground Floor + 12 Floors having GBUA 29113.88 sq. mt. has been received vide Map Approval Letter dated 04.10.2023. With due course of time, it is intended to get map approval from competent authority for the rest 2 floors i.e. 13th and 14th floor. The required details like Gross Built-Up Area, Development Cost, Apartment Details, Building Details and other integrated details have been filled keeping in view that the Project shall be developed up to 14th floor. In light of this, the Units: 1301 β 1309 and 1401 - 1409 are mentioned under Proposed but not sanctioned category.
