(1)12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Jaipur Development Authority, Jaipur against the internal development work of the project those plots are plot no. 25, 26, 32, 33, 34, 47, 48, 60 and Informal commercial Plot No. S-1 to S-14 admeasuring 1055.08 Sq. Mtr. (2) Open area is 6836.97 sq. mtr which is calculated as Park (761.23 sq. mtr) + Road (6039.74 sq. mtr) + JDA Sector Road (36 sq. mtr) . (3) Plot no. 51 is reserved for rainwater harvesting. (4) 12.5% of the total saleable plots have been released by JDA, JAIPUR, as the project have been completed.
