There are apartments 15 and 1 basement store in the project. We have not associated/linked the store with apartment and accordingly mentioned the store detail separately due to which there were discrepancy in the total number of units. To remove the same, we have mentioned the total number of units as 16. Further, it is to mention that we will sell the stores along with the unit only, to the allottees of the project only. We will not sell the stores separately. We have not yet decided that which store will be sold with which unit number. The said stores will be sold as per the requirement and demand of the allottees.
