Open Area of the project is 2,977.65 sq.mtr. and the same is calculated by considering park area as 470 sq.mtr., S.W.M. area as 50 sq.mtr., Mobile Tower area as 10 sq.mtr. and Road area as 2447.65 sq. mtr.
