12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Urban Improvement Trust, Sikar against the internal development work of the project. Those 2 plots are plot no. 11 and 13. Open Area of the project is 415.96 Sq. Mtrs which includes Facility [78.23 Sq. Mtrs] and Road Area [ 337.73 Sq. Mtrs]. The Saleable Area of the project is 2019.41 Sq. Mtrs. which includes Residential [1899.65 Sq. Mtrs.] and Informal Commercial [119.76 Sq. Mtrs.]. Out of total area approved as per the UIT Sikar Letter and Approved map is 2886.00 Sq. Mtrs., the project has been applied for Phase area 2435.37 Sq. Mtrs. after deducting the Surrendered Area in road i.e. 450.63 Sq. Mtrs.
