On perusal of the project detail of our said project on the RERA website i.e. rera-rajasthan.in, we found that following detail was wrongly mentioned:- Phase Area 1556.05 sq mtr and amount paid for the same was Rs. 38901. Correct detail of Phase Area is as following:- Phase Area 3984.10 sq mtr and amount will be Rs. 99567 (38901+60666). We have paid full amount as mentioned above by cheque Rs. 38901 and by DD Rs.60666. Therefore, we hereby request your good office to please consider the above mention detail.As per remark the correct phase area has been rectified in Land Details of Registering Project.
