Open Area of the project is 20,292.49 sq.mtr. and the same is calculated by considering Park area as 2337.41 Sq. mtrs., Common parking area as 2678.14 sq. mtrs, and Roads and pathways area as 15276.94 sq.mtr. 2. 12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by UIT, Bikaner against the internal development work of the project those plots are EWS Plot No. 58 to 69 and 85 to 102.
