10% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Nagar Palika, Phagi against the internal development work of the project. Those plots are mortgaged plot no. 36 to 40 & 43 to 48. Open Area of the project is 4497.79 sq. meters which includes Park [894.14 Sq. meters], SWM/MT [70.00 Sq. meters] and Road Area [3533.65 sq. meters]
