On the request of Promoter, the following Project Details have been Rectified on 20/07/2017 after verification of the facts: 1. Estimated Commencement Date 2. Actual Commencement Date 3. Estimated Finish Date 4. Bank Account Detail 5. Signed Proforma of the Agreement for Sale for the Project. On the request of Promoter, the following Project Details have been rectified on 19/09/2017: 1.Number of apartments/plots. 2.Sanctioned number of apartments/plots. 3. Proposed but not sanctioned number of apartments/plots. Further, the approved building drawings have also been added along with the layout plan on 19.09.2017. We applied the project as plotted development but later we have constructed flats. So the project category is Group Housing instead of Plotted Development.
