12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the UIT Kota, Kota against the internal development work of the project those plots are C-93 to C-96 total 4 plots having an area of 550.66 Sq. meter. The UIT land khasra No 77 allotted to the promoter against demand letter no. F 7/D.T.P/2022/123 dated 25/02/2022 & demand is being deposited vide challan No. 12304 dated 08/03/2022, is also uploaded along with the chain of documents. After deposition of charges UIT, Kota has incorporated Khasra no: 77 in the approved layout plan issued vide letter no. : F 7/D.T.P./2022/320 dated 30/06/2022 & the khasra no 77 is used for common rasta which is also clearly depicted in the layout plan, therefore no separate allotment letter is issued by UIT, Kota.
