The 16 Stores on Basement Floor will be given along with Apartment/flat as mutually decided between Promoter and Allottee. The Stores will be allotted to Allottees in the Project only with the Concerned apartment/flat units in this Project only. Further the promoter undertakes that once it is decided as with which unit store no. will be sold with which flat/unit no., the promoter will update the same via project profile modification module in the records of RERA.
