12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Urban Improvement Trust, Sikar against the internal development work of the project those plots are plot no. 03 (166.36 Sq. Mtrs). Open Area of the project is 664.05 sq. meters which includes Park [123.23 sq. meters] and Road Area [540.82 sq. meters]. On Layout map Scheme is approved with Project name as RAMKORI RESIDENCY PHASE -2 Residential Scheme, however the same has been applied by us as “RAMKORI RESIDENCY PHASE-2 AAWASIYA YOJNA”.
