10% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Karyalaya Nagar Parishad, Sikar against the internal development work of the project. Mtrs.], Surender Area in Sector Plan's Road [ 1809.40 Sq. Mtrs.], Road [2541.43 Sq. Mtrs] and Informal Commercial Area after deducting Shop area [216.55-54.00=162.55 Sq. Mtrs.]
