Open Area Details: The total open area of the project is 5737.12 square meters, which includes: 774.28 square meters allocated for park/green area (including SWN and M.T.) and 4962.84 square meters allocated for road area, Both components are included in the overall open area calculation. 3). Parking Applicability: As this is a plotted development project, designated parking provisions are not applicable. 4). The total saleable area comprises: A) Residential Plots – 8546.78 Sq. Mtrs. B) Informal Shops – 12 shops of 3m x 3m each (9 Sq. Mtrs.), totaling 108 Sq. Mtrs. Hence, Total Saleable Area = 8546.78 + 108 = 8654.78 Sq. Mtrs.
