12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged with Bikaner Development Authority against the internal development work of the project. Those 13 plots are plot no. 45, 46, 47, 48, 49, 50, 64, 65, 66, 67, 68, 69 and 70 . Open Area of the project is 4790.17 sq. meters which includes Road Area [ 4552.37 sq. meters] and Park [237.80 Sq. Mtrs].
