The project is being registered as a phase of a group housing project, wherein Block A and B as depicted in sanctioned plans pertains to the project Geeta registered under The Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 bearing registration number RAJ/P/2019/1061, Block C pertains to future development and EWS/LIG units pertains to this project Ram Awas. Phasing plan for the same has been uploaded in other approvals of project related documents section.
