(1)12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Jodhpur Development Authority against the internal development work of the project those plots are plot no.102 to 109, 124 to 131. (2) In the said project, the plot which bears the size of 20*4 comprise of car parking and the plot which bears the size of 15*32 comprise of cycle and two-wheeler parking. Thus the total no. of car parking is 89 and total no of two-wheeler parking is131 and no. of cycle parking is 131.
