Open Area of the project is 2389.09 Sq. Meters which includes Park [546.28 sq. meters], SWM+MT [60.00 sq. meters] and Road Area [1782.81 sq. meters]. The Saleable Area of the project is 4731.00 Sq. Mtrs. which includes Residential [4336.75 Sq. Mtrs.], Retail Commercial [137.06 Sq. Mtrs.] and Commercial [257.19 Sq. Mtrs.]. The project has been applied for Phase area 7885.00 Sq. Mtrs. Since the project is situated outside the JDA limits i.e. in rural areas hence no units have been kept mortgaged with the local authority.
