Open Area of the project is 3289.20 sq. meters which includes Park [555.59 sq. meters], SWM+MT [60.00 sq. meters] and Road Area [2673.61 sq. meters]. The Saleable Area of the project is 4933.80 Sq. mtrs. which includes Residential [4522.65 Sq. Mtrs.], Retail Commercial [100.00 sq. meters] and Commercial [311.15 Sq. Mtrs.]. The project has been applied for Phase area 8223.00 Sq. Mtrs. Since the project is situated outside the JDA limits i.e. in rural areas hence no units have been kept mortgaged with the local authority.
