Open Area of the project is 3414.82 sq. meters which includes Park [855.93 sq. meters], SWM+MT [60.00 sq. meters] and Road Area [2498.89 sq. meters]. The Saleable Area of the project is 5122.18 Sq. mtrs. which includes Residential [4695.35 Sq. Mtrs.], Retail Commercial [137.11 sq. meters] and Informal Commercial [289.72 Sq. Mtrs.]. The project has been applied for Phase area 8537 Sq. Mtrs. Since the project is situated outside the JDA limits i.e. in rural areas hence no units have been kept mortgaged with the local authority.
