Open Area of the project is 3421.20 sq. meters which includes Park [763.59 sq. meters], SWM+MT [60.00 sq. meters] and Road Area [2597.61 sq. meters]. The Saleable Area of the project is 5131.80 Sq. mtrs. which includes Residential [4704.15 Sq. Mtrs.], Retail Commercial [181.90 sq. meters] and Informal Commercial [245.75 Sq. Mtrs.]. The project has been applied for Phase area 8553 Sq. Mtrs. Since the project is situated outside the JDA limits i.e. in rural areas hence no units have been kept mortgaged with the local authority.
