12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Urban Improvement Trust, Sikar against the internal development work of the project those plots are plot no. A-11,12,28,29 & 30. Open Area of the project is 1145.86 sq. meters which includes MT [10.13 sq. meters], S.W.M [50.24] and Road Area [1085.49 sq. meters]. The Saleable Area of the project is 3620.96 Sq. mtrs. which includes Residential [3453.56 Sq. Mtrs.] and Informal Commercial [167.40 Sq. Mtrs.]. Out of total area approved as per the UIT Sikar Letter and Approved map is 5579 Sq. Mtrs., the project has been applied for Phase area 4766.82 Sq. Mtrs. after deducting the Area surrendered in Sector Plan road i.e. 812.18 Sq. Mtrs.
