Open Area of the project is 1641.98 sq.mtr. and the same is calculated by considering Garden area as 1011.71 sq.mtr, Raod area as 533.91 sq.mtr, Road surrender area as 96.36 sq. mt. 2.) 12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Nagar palika, phulera against the internal development work of the project those plots are plot no. 16, 17.
