1. That as per the RERA order dated 13-10-2020 No. F1 (184) RJ/RERA/CMJY/2020/1569 dated 31.10.2020 for project registration developed under provision-3C of CMJAY,2015 we have applied under Group housing Project and that some plots (not exceeding 80% under any category(EWS/LIG/MIG-A) may be sold without constructing houses thereon. 2. That we will construct villa in each category i.e 2 EWS (i.e E-03,E-04), 4LIG(i.e L-02,L-03,L-07,L-08), 3MIG(i.eM-02,M-03, M-04) which comprises 9 Villas( i.e 20% in each category). 3. That Gross Built-up area for EWS/LIG/MIG-A is 458.94 Sq Mt and in which the shop is not included as the plot will be sold and no construction will be done on such shop. 4. That we will construct villa on plot no. E-03, E-04, L-02, L-03, L-07, L-08, M-02, M-03 & M-04 having total gross built-up area 458.94 Sq. Mtrs. Further all the remaining plot will be sold as a plot having total saleable area of 2489.09 Sq. Mtrs. 5. That in the field of TOTAL BUILT-UP AREA / SALEABLE AREA we have mentioned only gross built-up area pertaining to villas.
