That 12.5% of the total saleable plots of the project were earlier mortgaged in favour of the Urban Improvement Trust, Sikar against the internal development works of the project. The said plots were Plot Nos. 7, 8 and 11. However, the aforesaid plots have been released from mortgage and stand mortgage-free pursuant to the Completion Certificate issued by the Urban Improvement Trust, Sikar dated 24.02.2026.
