F-7/D.T.P./2020/559 dated 12/02/2020 point no. 10, and remark put on the copy of approved layout plan “For Internal development in the scheme, 12.5 Percent saleable plot numbers 61,62,63,64,65,66 area 8992 sq.ft. and IC Shops 1,2,3 area 162 sq.ft. are mortgage to U.I.T., Kota. These Plots will be demortgaged after the internal development.
