1.) 12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Udaipur Development Authority, Udaipur against the internal development work of the project those plots are plot no. 7 and 8. 2.) Open area of the project is 967.67 sq. mtr. The same is calculated by considering road area as 7566 sq.ft or 702.90 sq. mtr + reserved area as 2850 sq. ft or 264.77 sq.mtr. 3.) Saleable area/plot area is 15408 sq.ft or 1431.45 sq.mtr.
