12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Urban Improvement Trust, Sikar against the internal development work of the project. those plots are plot no. 15, 16, 19, 20, 42, 43 and 53. Open Area of the project is 6552.02 sq. meters which includes Park [2377.43 sq. meters] and Road Area [4174.59 sq. meters].
