The buyers are hereby intimated that the said project shall be developed by the Promoter (JAIPUR DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY) only if the promoter receives booking to a minimum of 75% of total salable units within a period of 180 days from the date of amount is deposited by the applicant. If the said benchmark of minimum bookings is not achieved in the prescribed period the Promoter shall refund the money received to the respective buyers.
