As per Township policy 2010 12.5% of the total saleable area i.e. Plot no 200, 248, 249, 250, 262, 284, 285, 286, 263, 264 & 268 had been mortgaged with Nagarparishad Hanumangarh for the Internal Development works related to this project. Open Area is 6925.92 Mtr (which includes 6043.53 Sq Mtr For Road and 882.39 Sq Mtr. for Park) . Now all the development work has been completed by the promoter therefore all mortgaged Plot No. 200, 248, 249, 250, 262, 284, 285, 286, 263, 264 & 268 has been now released by the Nagarparishad Hanumangarh.
