Promoter hereby declares that the proposed construction of the building is envisaged to comprise of Lower Basement + Middle Basement + Upper basement + Lower Ground + Upper Ground + 1 to 5 Floors + 1 Service Floor and 6 to 13 Floors. However as on date we have got the maps approval from local body i.e. JDA Jaipur as approved as on date as upto Lower Basement + Middle Basement + Upper basement + Lower Ground + Upper Ground + 1 to 5 Floors + 1 Service Floor, 6th Floor and 7th Floor . In due course of time the promoter intend to get map approval from competent authority for rest floors that is from 8th to 13th floor. As on date we have filled the gross builtup area of project and other integrated details keeping in view the project as up to 13 floors.
