This Project is approved under CMAY- 2015 Under provision no. 1C(II) and 3A, wherein builder are developing it in four phases and currently applying for Phase-1.The approval for the proposed Phase 1 of the project is granted only upto 30 mtrs of height i.e., upto G+9 floors and we are under process to obtain permission for construction over and above 30 meters of height by Urban Development and Housing Department(UDH), Rajasthan Govt. and once the same is granted we will update it accordingly.
