F-7/D.T.P./2019/145 dated 12/06/2019 point no. 10, and remark put on the copy of approved layout plan “For Internal development in the scheme, 12.5 Percent saleable plot numbers 8,9,10 area 5893.35 sq.ft.(547.71 sq mtr.) are mortgage to U.I.T., Kota. These Plots will be demortgaged after the internal development.
